  • Receives visitors at the reception by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately.
  • Answers incoming calls and typically operates a multi-line telephone system.
  • Organizes meeting room, taxi and chauffeur bookings.
  • Completes security procedures (e.g., issues badges, ensures proper completion of visitors' log).
  • May perform clerical tasks (e.g. mail distribution, word processing).
  • And other duties as assigned.
