REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Sales Manager in the UAE real estate development sector.
Fluent in Arabic and English (speaking and writing).
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent negotiation communication and presentation abilities.
Deep understanding of Dubais real estate market trends and regulations.
Currently based in the UAE with a valid work visa.
Valid UAE driving license is a plus.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed company revenue targets.
Lead mentor and motivate the sales team and CRM staff to optimize performance and productivity.
Drive business growth by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities within the UAE real estate market.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients agencies brokers and investors to expand the companys network and sales channels.
Oversee the end-to-end sales process from lead generation client engagement negotiation to successful deal closure.
Conduct in-depth market research to track trends monitor competitor activities and identify new business opportunities.
Prepare and present accurate sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional campaigns events and sales activations.
Ensure compliance with company policies RERA guidelines and UAE real estate regulations.
If necessary represent the company at exhibitions events and industry networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
