Role Overview

As a Real Estate Advisor, you will:

  • Handle primary/off-plan sales by liaising with leading developers in Dubai.
  • Manage secondary market transactions, including resale and leasing opportunities.
  • Conduct comparative market analysis (CMA) to advise clients on property valuations.
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of Dubai Land Department (DLD) regulations, RERA compliance, and all aspects of the real estate transaction process.
  • Guide clients through every stage — from property search, due diligence, negotiations, MOU drafting, to title deed transfers.
  • Build a strong investor network while nurturing long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
  • Represent clients in the purchase, sale, and leasing of residential and commercial properties.
  • Source and market exclusive listings in both off-plan projects and ready properties.
  • Negotiate offers to achieve maximum ROI for clients.
  • Prepare and deliver investment proposals with projected rental yields, capital appreciation, and payment plan structures.
  • Conduct site visits, attend property launches, and participate in developer sales events.
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Minimum 2+ years of Dubai real estate sales experience (off-plan & secondary).
  • Strong database of investors/end-users (local & international).
  • Excellent understanding of DLD, RERA, and escrow laws.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills with proven monthly/quarterly sales targets achieved.
  • Presentable, confident, and highly motivated with a hunter mindset.
  • Multilingual skills (English + Arabic/other languages) is an added advantage.
