Qualifications

TivaliHome Group – Real Estate Division is seeking a highly motivated, experienced, and results-driven Real Estate Agent to join our growing team in Dubai.

This position is ideal for candidates with genuine market experience who are committed to performance, professionalism, and career growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and onboard property owners for leasing and sales
  • Conduct professional negotiations with landlords, tenants, and buyers
  • Manage leads, arrange viewings, and follow up until successful closing
  • Provide regular updates on activities, progress, and deal status
Compensation & Benefits
  • Option 1: Freelance / Commission-Only
    • High and competitive commission per closed deal
  • Option 2: Basic salary available for qualified candidates + Commission
    • The final package will be determined based on experience and proven performance.
