Job summary

A leading medical center in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Radiation Technologist to join their healthcare team. In this role, you will operate and maintain radiographic equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images, collaborate with radiologists for accurate imaging interpretation, and prepare patients for procedures while ensuring their comfort and safety. The ideal candidate will hold an Associates or Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology, have relevant certification, and possess strong attention to detail and communication skills.

Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality images.
  • Valid certification as a Radiologic Technologist (e.g. ARRT certification).
  • Experience in a clinical setting preferably in radiology or diagnostic imaging.

Overview

We are looking for Radiation Technologist for one of our leading medical center in Abu dhabi. You will play a vital role in the healthcare team specializing in the use of imaging technology to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of patients. Your expertise in operating radiographic equipment and producing high-quality diagnostic images is essential for accurate patient assessment and care. Working closely with radiologists and other medical professionals you will ensure that imaging procedures are performed safely and effectively contributing to the overall patient care process.

Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain radiographic equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images.
  • Collaborate with radiologists to ensure accurate interpretation of imaging results.
  • Prepare patients for imaging procedures explaining the process and ensuring their comfort and safety.
  • Adhere to safety protocols to minimize radiation exposure to patients and staff.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation of imaging procedures.
  • Stay updated on advancements in radiographic technology and techniques.
  • Assist in the training and supervision of junior staff and radiology students.
Qualifications
  • Associates or Bachelors degree in Radio logic Technology or a related field.
  • Valid certification as a Radio logic Technologist (e.g. ARRT certification).
  • Experience in a clinical setting preferably in radiology or diagnostic imaging.
