A global leader in ultrasonic technology is seeking a Product Development & R&D Manager in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will lead the development of ultrasonic products while managing a multidisciplinary engineering team. Requirements include a degree in engineering and at least 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in maritime or heavy industries. R&D and Product Development Manager Sonihull in Abu Dhabi
NRG Marine Limited (Sonihull) a member of the Alfa Laval group is a global leader in ultrasonic antifouling and agitation systems. Our awardwinning Sonihull technology is already in service on over 3800 vessels worldwide and our expanding product lineincluding the latest Agitate systemextends ultrasonic technology into onshore industrial markets such as steel dairy and energy sectors.
With growing market adoption and the backing of Alfa Lavals global engineering network we are now seeking an experienced Product Development & R&D Manager to lead innovation product design and technical integration across both legacy and emerging product lines. This role is based in Abu Dhabi and includes occasional international travel to customer sites and Alfa Laval global engineering hubs.
You have a degree in engineering or a related technical discipline with at least 5 years experience leading product development and R&D teams in relevant industrial sectorspreferably maritime oil & gas or heavy industry. Experience with ultrasonic or electrical systems is a strong advantage.
You combine strategic thinking with handson execution and you thrive in dynamic fastgrowing environments. You have excellent stakeholder management skills and you communicate clearly across technical and commercial functions. Excellent written and verbal communication in English is required.
