Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Perform testing and analysis of raw materials, WIP cable samples, and finished products
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and customer specifications
• Identify faults in cables and support corrective & preventive actions
• Generate non-conformance reports and share feedback with relevant teams
• Carry out calibration of testing and measuring equipment
• Follow HSE policies, SOPs, and 5S practices
• Support audits, inspections, and certifications
• Liaise with customers, auditors, and third-party inspection agencies when required

Requirements

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering (Degree preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in a large industrial plant
• Minimum 3 years in cable testing
• Cable manufacturing experience is mandatory
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001
• Strong communication, time management, and analytical skills
