Qualifications

• 510 years of experience in quality control of skid piping and structural fabrication.
• Exposure to international standards (API, ASME, EN, AWS) for plates, pipes, fittings.
• Basic knowledge of P&IDs, skid GA drawings, and fabrication drawings.

Responsibilities

• Handle QC related activities with clients and subcontractors.
• Prepare Inspection and Test Plans (ITP) based on project quality specifications.
• Lead Pre-Inspection Meetings with clients and subcontractors.
• Identify quality concerns and recommend corrective actions.
• Review and submit subcontractor QC documents (WPS, PQR, NDE, PMI, Pickling, Painting).

We are looking for a Quality Control Engineer with 510 years of experience to handle QC activities prepare inspection plans and ensure compliance with project quality specifications.

Your Role in Driving Quality Excellence:

• Handle QC related activities with clients and subcontractors.
• Prepare Inspection and Test Plans (ITP) based on project quality specifications.
• Lead PreInspection Meetings with clients and subcontractors.
• Identify quality concerns and recommend corrective actions.
• Review and submit subcontractor QC documents (WPS PQR NDE PMI Pickling Painting).
• Ensure subcontractor material compliance with client quality specifications.
• Report inspection findings and identify nonconformities.
• Check material and equipment compliance onsite.
• Maintain records of all QA/QC activities.
• Monitor calibration of measuring and testing equipment.
• Raise inspection notifications for witness inspection activities.
• Attend subvendor inspection activities with clients.
• Prepare test packs for hydrotest activities.
• Review radiographic test reports and films.
• Prepare FAT test procedures and reports.
• Prepare Manufacturer Record Books (MRB).
• Monitor work quality and identify risks/opportunities.
• Ensure work compliance with contracts policies and regulations.
• Perform all quality related tasks in project initiation and closure.

What Were Looking For:

• Bachelor of Engineering (BE/) in Mechanical Engineering from a reputable university.
• 510 years of experience in quality control of skid piping and structural fabrication.
• Experience in chemical dosing water treatment and Oil & Gas skid packages (preferred).
• Exposure to Saudi Aramco/ADNOC/QE Energy/PDO/Shell company specifications.
• Exposure to international standards (API ASME EN AWS) for plates pipes fittings flanges valves.
• Basic knowledge of P&IDs skid GA drawings and fabrication drawings.
• Ability to handle QC activities with clients and subcontractors.
• Strong understanding of quality specifications and inspection processes.
• Excellent reporting and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
