Job description

Quality Controller - Factory

Location: United Arab Emirates

Responsibilities:

1. Monitor all inspections and testing related to polyethylene tanks, GRP tanks, fiberglass tanks, road barriers, and all manufacturing products in the factory.
2. Develop and implement quality control and inspection procedures.
3. Identify product nonconformities, raise nonconformity reports, and follow up on rectification and corrective actions.
4. Prepare quality documentation and reports, ensuring full compliance with the organization's document control procedures.
5. Support the team's overall objectives as a collaborative member.
6. Report regularly to higher officials, participate in effective discussions, and assist in planning and organizing operations.
7. Check the quality of incoming and outgoing materials or products for the company.
8. Identify product defects, record and report issues, and make necessary repairs.
9. Perform other related tasks as instructed by management.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the manufacturing industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Quality Management or a related field.
• Available to work in the UAE.
