Position scope

The Quality Control Specialist ensures that all company products meet established quality standards by conducting live assessments, monitoring processes, and collaborating with teams to address discrepancies and uphold company policies.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct live assessments of all company products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Perform accurate performance reviews of game presenters and game show hosts, ensuring alignment with company’s quality expectations.
  • Report all discrepancies and deviations from approved quality standards to relevant recipients while adhering to company procedures and standards.
  • Monitor technical processes to ensure the flawless condition of live studio equipment.
  • Implement and strictly follow Quality Control Department policies and procedures for Live Casino Products.
  • Engage in live monitoring to ensure all product quality standards and requirements are consistently met.
Requirements
  • One year of experience in an online casino, land-based casino, or surveillance.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in verbal and written communication in English.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 service suite.
  • Strong time management skills with an emphasis on producing quality work individually and in collaboration with a team.
  • Keen attention to detail and effective problem-solving abilities.
  • Adaptability to fast-paced environments.
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing circumstances and business needs.
