Job Description
- Responsible for market analysis and insights in the Middle East, participating in the planning and formulation of channel construction and production capacity target strategies for various countries in the region.
- Manage channel expansion and construction in the Middle East region, ensuring that store design and displays comply with design specifications and standards.
- Monitor channel operation and profit-loss data, track and analyze channel operations in various countries, and guide improvements in operational results.
- Follow up on the launch of new products and the implementation of promotional activities in channels to drive growth in channel production capacity and category sales.
- Undertake the implementation of various operational indicators and special projects for frontline channels from the headquarters, and assume corresponding responsibilities for project operation and management.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above; priority will be given to candidates with over 3 years of experience in store operations in the same industry.
- Strong self-motivation, innovation, execution, and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in Office software.
- Priority will be given to candidates who can use English as a working language, with fluent spoken English being preferred.
