A leading international consultancy in Dubai is seeking a Quality Management Specialist to lead the development and maintenance of their Quality Management System (QMS). The role requires a Bachelor's degree and proven experience in ISO management, with a strong focus on compliance and continuous improvement. You will conduct internal audits, provide training, and communicate QMS performance to management. Excellent communication and detail-oriented skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an MR or in a similar ISO management role.
• In-depth knowledge of ISO standards and their application in quality management systems.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 or other relevant ISO standards.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and maintenance of the QMS aligned with standards.
• Conduct internal audits of the QMS to assess compliance and effectiveness.
• Provide training and guidance to employees on QMS requirements.
• Monitor customer feedback related to product quality.
