Job summary

A leading recruiting firm is seeking a QAQC Pipelines Lead for a long-term project in the UAE, involving missions in Iraq. Working within a residential scheme, the candidate will hold significant experience in oversight of QA/QC activities for major onshore projects, including pipeline installations and procurement. The ideal candidate will have a strong engineering background and must demonstrate extensive experience in Quality Assurance and Control over at least 15 years. Qualifications

• At least 15 years of experience in Quality Assurance/Control.
• Experience in managing QA/QC activities in pipelines.
• Experience with EPC phase activities.

Responsibilities

• Manage all QA/QC activities in the Pipeline Installation EPC Contract.
• Act as QA/QC focal point for Pipelines Installation EPC Package.
• Maintain Quality Management systems and promote continuous improvement.

We are looking for a QAQC Pipelines Lead for one of our clients with the following details:

Job Details

Location: UAE with mission in IRAQ whenever required

Start Date: Feb 2026

Contract Duration: 24 months, extendable

Work Scheme: Residential

Qualifications and Experience

• Qualification: Engineering degree, Diploma in Quality, Experience in Welding/NDT, all phases of EPC
• Professional Experience: At least 15 years of experience in Quality Assurance/Control within a Major Onshore Project environment
• Experience in Iraq is and added value.

Hands‑on Experience in Major Onshore Pipelines Project

• Conversant in all the EPC phase activities
• Conversant in all Pipeline related items like line pipe, Bends, Valves, Pipeline Installation etc;
• Conversant in managing the Welding procedure Qualification campaign conducted by EPC Contractor
• Conversant in managing AUT and Other NDE methods qualification process
• Conversant in managing the Welder Qualification campaign carried by EPC Contractor

Job Dimensions

• The service holder shall take ownership and manage all QA/QC activities in the Pipeline Installation EPC Contract and Line Pipe Procurements.
• Shall act as QA/QC focal point for the Pipelines Installation EPC Package
• Maintaining Quality Management systems promoting best practice and continuous improvement in line with the PROJECT Quality Department
