Job summary

Job description

Role Overview

We are looking for detail-oriented QA/QC Inspectors to support ongoing interior fit-out projects across the UAE. The role involves ensuring all works meet approved quality standards specifications and authority requirements from execution through project handover.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect ongoing fit-out works including gypsum partitions & ceilings joinery carpentry flooring tiling painting MEP coordination and finishes
• Ensure works comply with approved shop drawings method statements material submittals and project specifications
• Conduct incoming material inspections and verify approvals prior to installation
• Prepare and maintain Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs) and quality checklists
• Identify non-conformities issue NCRs and follow up on corrective/preventive actions
• Coordinate inspections with site engineers supervisors subcontractors consultants and client representatives
• Participate in consultant/client inspections and ensure timely closure of observations
• Maintain QA/QC documentation including daily reports snag lists and handover dossiers
• Monitor workmanship quality and ensure adherence to HSE and quality standards
• Support snagging de-snagging and final handover activities

Candidate Requirements

• 23 years of UAE experience as a QA/QC Inspector in interior fit-out projects
• Strong understanding of fit-out materials finishes and quality standards
• Familiar with QA/QC documentation inspections and reporting
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders on site
• Candidates with prior experience in similar fit-out environments will be preferred
