Qualifications

Job description

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality systems in alignment with ISO 9001 and IMS standards.
• Conduct internal audits, support external audits, and manage corrective / preventive actions (CAPA).
• Analyze performance data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Lead Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce rework.
• Support factory and site teams in inspections, ITP compliance, and client handover documentation.
• Coordinate with suppliers, clients, and internal teams to maintain quality consistency and resolve NCRs.
• Prepare QA dashboards, reports, and performance KPIs for management review.
• Deliver QA awareness and training programs for staff and inspectors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial, Mechanical, Civil, or Quality Engineering (or equivalent).
• ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification (ISO 14001 / ISO 45001 knowledge is a plus).
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent certification.
• 5–7 years’ experience in Quality Assurance / Quality Control within manufacturing or construction (joinery, metal works, or fit-out preferred).
• Proven experience in auditing, process mapping, and documentation control.
• Proficient in MS Office, ERP systems, and QA / QCdigitaltools.
