Job summary

A healthcare organization in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Supervisor for their Main Store. The role involves monitoring stock movements, maintaining the ERP system, and supervising store assistants. Ideal candidates will have at least 3 years of supervisory experience and be computer literate. Responsibilities also include inventory management, stock taking, and coordination with medical staff for deliveries. Responsibilities

  • Monitor & supervise all the stock movements in the Main Store.
  • Maintain the ERP system in receipts, issue, and transfers of material.
  • Supervise the activities of other Store Assistants.
  • Follow-up daily consumption in all the sub-stores.
  • Maintain Printing & Stationery materials & re-order cycles.
  • Inform the H.O.D for near expiry and Non-moving Products.
  • Reconciliation of stock transfer reports.
  • Supervise periodic stock taking and report discrepancies.
  • Verify Trading Invoices in the ERP System.
  • Prepare cost sheets for OT Consumables.
  • Inspect incoming deliveries and update inventory monthly.

  • Maintaining the Printing & Stationery materials & the re-order cycles.
  • Inform the H.O.D for near expiry products & Non-moving Products.
  • Reconciliation of stock transfer reports from the Main warehouse.
  • Supervise the periodic stock taking in main store & report the discrepancy report to the H.O.D
  • Verification of NMC Trading Invoices in the ERP System.
  • Preparation of the cost sheet of OT Consumables to Cashiers.
  • Receipt and inspection of incoming deliveries of materials to Cathlab from the Suppliers on consignment basis and co-ordinate with the concerned Doctors/ Technicians for issues and update the inventory on monthly basis.
Qualifications
  1. A Graduate, with minimum 3 years previous supervisory experience in store is preferred.
