Job summary

A leading procurement company in Dubai is seeking a Purchase Executive to manage the procurement of fire alarm and firefighting materials. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in purchasing and inventory management, plus strong negotiation skills. Responsibilities include managing vendor relationships, preparing documentation, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Freshers are welcome to apply as well.

Qualifications

  • 2 years of relevant experience in purchasing and inventory management.
  • Knowledge of fire alarm firefighting and safety system materials is essential.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

  • Handle purchase activities for fire alarm firefighting and safety system materials.
  • Manage inventory stock levels and ensure timely procurement of materials.
  • Prepare LPOs, quotations, and vendor comparison sheets.
  • Develop and maintain vendor relationships, negotiate prices, and ensure quality compliance.
  • Coordinate with project and maintenance teams for material requirements.
  • Monitor delivery schedules and ensure materials are available as per project timelines.
  • Maintain records of purchase orders, certifications, and inventory transactions.
  • Ensure procurement complies with company standards and fire & safety regulations.

Skills

Strong knowledge of fire alarm firefighting fittings
Proficiency in inventory and stock management
Good negotiation and vendor management skills
Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
MS Office and ERP knowledge
