Job summary

A leading education services provider in Dubai is seeking a Purchase Executive to handle procurement activities for fire safety materials. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in purchasing and inventory management, as well as strong knowledge of fire alarm systems. This role requires excellent negotiation and vendor management skills. Fresh candidates are also welcome to apply.

Position: Purchase Executive

Job Responsibilities:
  • Handle purchase activities for fire alarm, fire fighting, and safety system materials.
  • Manage inventory, stock levels, and ensure timely procurement of materials.
  • Prepare LPOs, quotations, and vendor comparison sheets.
  • Develop and maintain vendor relationships, negotiate prices, and ensure quality compliance.
  • Coordinate with project and maintenance teams for material requirements.
  • Monitor delivery schedules and ensure materials are available as per project timelines.
  • Maintain records of purchase orders, certifications, and inventory transactions.
  • Ensure procurement complies with company standards and fire & safety regulations.
Skills & Competencies:
  • Strong knowledge of fire alarm, firefighting fittings, and related materials.
  • Proficiency in inventory and stock management.
  • Good negotiation and vendor management skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
  • MS Office and ERP knowledge (advantage).
Requirements:
  • 2 years of relevant experience in purchasing and inventory management. Freshers Can also apply.
