A leading education services provider in Dubai is seeking a Purchase Executive to handle procurement activities for fire safety materials. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in purchasing and inventory management, as well as strong knowledge of fire alarm systems. Position: Purchase Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle purchase activities for fire alarm, fire fighting, and safety system materials.
• Manage inventory, stock levels, and ensure timely procurement of materials.
• Prepare LPOs, quotations, and vendor comparison sheets.
• Develop and maintain vendor relationships, negotiate prices, and ensure quality compliance.
• Coordinate with project and maintenance teams for material requirements.
• Monitor delivery schedules and ensure materials are available as per project timelines.
• Maintain records of purchase orders, certifications, and inventory transactions.
• Ensure procurement complies with company standards and fire & safety regulations.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of fire alarm, firefighting fittings, and related materials.
• Proficiency in inventory and stock management.
• Good negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• MS Office and ERP knowledge (advantage).
