Position: Purchase Executive
Location: Dubai
Experience Required: Preferably 2 Years. Freshrs can also apply.
Qualification: B.Tech / B.Sc. in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or related field
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle purchase activities for fire alarm, fire fighting, and safety system materials.
- Manage inventory, stock levels, and ensure timely procurement of materials.
- Prepare LPOs, quotations, and vendor comparison sheets.
- Develop and maintain vendor relationships, negotiate prices, and ensure quality compliance.
- Coordinate with project and maintenance teams for material requirements.
- Monitor delivery schedules and ensure materials are available as per project timelines.
- Maintain records of purchase orders, certifications, and inventory transactions.
- Ensure procurement complies with company standards and fire & safety regulations.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of fire alarm, firefighting fittings, and related materials.
- Proficiency in inventory and stock management.
- Good negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- MS Office and ERP knowledge (advantage).
Requirements:
- 2 years of relevant experience in purchasing and inventory management. Freshers Can also apply.
- B.Tech / B.Sc. in a related field (mandatory).
- Knowledge of fire alarm, firefighting, and safety system materials is essential.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
