Job Responsibilities

• Handle immigration and MOL processes including visas labour cards (new renewal cancellation) company renewals insurance and fee submissions.
• Manage applications for Emirates ID medicals visa stamping and status changes.
• Liaise with the AMER Centre TASHEEL DED MOHRE and other relevant government bodies to obtain all required documentation.
• Maintain accurate records and assist with the companys indoor/outdoor administrative tasks.
• Support urgent or special assignments as directed by management.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of experience as a PRO in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labour laws immigration and government portals.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills; Arabic is an advantage.
• Valid UAE driving license preferred.
