Overview

As a Public Relations Assistant, you’ll support visa processing, legal documentation, and government liaison activities. You’ll also assist the HR team with onboarding, payroll, and employee services.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure that all employees joining the organization comply with local government regulations and employment laws
  • Work with the HR team and take full responsibility for all labor law-related matters
  • Coordinate with recruitment team to ensure timely completion of documents and visa approvals
  • Liaise with government departments regarding visas, licenses, and sponsorships
  • Maintain and update visa administration records
  • Submit documents for visa processing and work permits
  • Handle documentation for commercial and trade license requirements
  • Manage office and facility-related government documentation
  • Provide continuous updates on new government rules and visa procedures
  • Submit weekly PRO reports to the direct manager(s)
  • Monitor and record all visa/contract applications (new, cancellation, renewal)
  • Coordinate payments with the Finance Manager
  • Welcome and support management during business trips
  • Support HR with payroll, employee requests, certificates, onboarding/offboarding, HRIS, and other tasks as assigned by the HR Manager
Qualifications
  • Must be Emirati (UAE National)
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role
  • Strong experience dealing with government bodies and embassies
  • Secondary education or higher
  • Fluent in Arabic (spoken & written); good English proficiency
  • Proficient in MS Office and basic computer skills
