Qualifications

• Fluent in spoken and written English; additional languages are a plus.
• Minimum of 2-3 years in a Team Leader role in a hotel or FM company.
• Experience in a five-star hotel as a Team Leader.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and inspect public areas for cleanliness and safety.
• Conduct training sessions for colleagues regularly.
• Maintain equipment and manage inventory of cleaning supplies.
• Ensure all reported faults are rectified promptly.
• Work collaboratively with suppliers to maintain standards.
