The Event Promoter is responsible for actively engaging with event attendees to promote brands, products, services, or experiences during events. This role focuses on increasing brand awareness, generating leads, driving audience participation, and creating a positive brand impression. The promoter acts as the face of the brand on‑ground and plays a key role in the success of marketing and promotional campaigns.

The ideal candidate is energetic, confident, persuasive, and customer‑focused, with strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities
Brand Promotion & Audience Engagement
  • Actively promote assigned products, services, or brands at events and activations
  • Engage attendees through interactive conversations, demonstrations, and presentations
  • Communicate key brand messages clearly and confidently
  • Encourage participation in activities such as contests, games, sampling, or demonstrations
Lead Generation & Sales Support
  • Generate and collect customer leads through registrations, surveys, or sign‑ups
  • Assist in explaining product features, benefits, and promotional offers
  • Support on‑ground sales efforts when required
  • Accurately capture customer information in compliance with data guidelines
Event Execution & On‑Ground Support
  • Set up and manage promotional booths, kiosks, or activation zones
  • Ensure promotional materials, samples, and displays are well‑organized and stocked
  • Coordinate with event managers and team members for smooth execution
  • Assist in crowd engagement and footfall management
Customer Interaction & Experience
  • Provide accurate information and address customer queries professionally
  • Handle objections or concerns politely and elevate when necessary
  • Ensure a positive and memorable brand experience for all attendees
Reporting & Feedback
  • Submit daily activity reports, lead counts, and feedback to supervisors
  • Share audience insights, common queries, and competitor observations
  • Assist in post‑event reporting and analysis
Brand Representation & Professionalism
  • Represent the brand in a positive, energetic, and professional manner
  • Adhere to grooming standards, uniforms, and brand guidelines
  • Maintain punctuality, discipline, and professional conduct at all times
Health, Safety & Compliance
  • Follow event safety guidelines and venue rules
  • Ensure proper handling of products, samples, and promotional materials
  • Report any incidents or operational issues immediately
