About the Role

We are looking for a Construction Project Manager with a proven record of managing large-scale building, interiors, and fit-out projects in the UAE. The successful candidate will combine a macro-level understanding of structural and civil works with a keen eye for detail in interior finishes and high-end fit-outs.

This is a client-facing role requiring both strategic oversight and uncompromising attention to detail. The Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality, safety, and craftsmanship—from shell and core through to turnkey handover.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle delivery of residential, commercial, hospitality, and mixed-use projects, including both construction and interior fit-outs.
• Develop and monitor comprehensive project schedules, budgets, and execution plans, ensuring alignment with contract commitments.
• Oversee site operations, subcontractor performance, and sequencing of structural, MEP, and interior works.
• Ensure all interior finishes, joinery, and fit-out works meet international quality standards and client specifications.
• Maintain compliance with UAE authority approvals, building codes, HSE regulations, and operator/brand requirements.
• Identify and resolve project risks proactively, safeguarding delivery timelines and client expectations.
• Produce and present progress reports, financial updates, and project documentation to clients and senior management.
• Act as the primary liaison with clients, consultants, authorities, and subcontractors, ensuring professional and timely communication.
• Provide strong on-site leadership, driving discipline, accountability, and high performance across all project teams.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years’ experience managing major construction and interior fit-out projects in the UAE (candidate to be chosen from this experience bracket).
• Proven delivery of complex projects from shell and core through to detailed finishes (residential towers, hotels, offices, or mixed-use).
• Strong knowledge of interior works, joinery, and luxury finishes, in addition to construction and MEP integration.
• Familiarity with UAE authority processes (Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, RAKEZ, etc.) and contract frameworks (FIDIC preferred).
• Experience managing budgets of AED 100M+, with demonstrated financial and commercial control.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and project monitoring systems.
• Strong leadership and team management skills; able to drive results under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and reporting skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related discipline.
