We are currently seeking a talented Project Manager/Scrum Master.

Responsibilities

1. Manage day-to-day project operations and team management in the offshore delivery center.
2. Oversee project delivery, scope, timelines, and status reporting, along with other project management activities.
3. Apply hands-on knowledge of software development methodologies; Agile knowledge is a plus.
4. Facilitate Scrum ceremonies.
5. Negotiate with customers and on-site Project Managers regarding delivery, requirements, and analysis.
6. Introduce and enhance software development methodologies within projects.
7. Coordinate with other projects and QA teams.
8. Facilitate change management processes.
9. Motivate, build, and assess project teams.

Skills

Must Have

• 8+ years of experience in information technology.
• 5+ years of proven experience as a Scrum Master.
• Deep knowledge of Agile or Scrum practices.
• Knowledge of the financial domain, preferably BFSI or investment sectors.
• Recognized Scrum Master Certification (e.g., PSM-I or CSM).
• 3+ years coaching multiple agile teams.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and software landscapes.
• Knowledge of Data Warehouse and data management principles.
• Extensive experience with Portfolio/backlog management and stakeholder engagement.
• Proficiency with MS Azure DevOps environment.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Ability to influence others and drive toward common goals.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.

Nice to Have

• Experience managing teams involved in Databricks data platform development and implementation.
• Experience leading teams in implementing Advanced Analytics in multinational companies.
