Overview

Department of Community Development is looking for Outsource Project Manager(Emiratization role) to join our team and to contribute to the development of the to bring technical expertise in Project Leading.

The objective of the role is:

To manage the implementation of improvement plans in coordination with partners, aiming to enhance the quality of life in various Districts and improve the performance of monitored indicators within the framework of geographic monitoring. Also, to ensure comprehensive reporting for all Districts in Abu Dhabi.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
  • Manage the implementation of improvement plans for Districts according to the geographic monitoring framework, in coordination with relevant partners, to enhance quality of life in the Districts.
  • Review and update improvement plans, ensuring their alignment with approved performance indicators regarding quality of life in specified Districts.
  • Follow up on the results of monitoring challenges related to quality of life in specified Districts according to the geographic monitoring framework, and align them with improvement plans, in coordination with the Monitoring and Social Impact Office and relevant entities.
  • Manage the implementation of improvement plans according to the approved timeline, in coordination with relevant entities, and escalate challenges to ensure their prompt resolution.
  • Coordinate with the Monitoring and Social Impact Office to exchange information about priority regions and improvement levels and include results in project reports.
  • Collaborate and coordinate with relevant parties and partners to improve the performance of monitored indicators within the geographic monitoring framework.
  • Submit periodic reports that include the level of achievement of improvement plans, challenges, and recommendations, in line with performance indicators and the timeline of improvement plans, in coordination with concerned parties.
Minimum requirements
  1. Available to join the Abu Dhabi office.
  2. Minimum 10 years of experience in project management and planning.
  3. Understanding of Abu Dhabi’s social services ecosystem.
  4. Bachelor, preferable Masters.
