Job summary

A catering management company in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Project Manager to manage large-scale camp catering operations. The successful candidate will achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and operational performance while ensuring compliance with food safety standards. Responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day operations, client relationship management, and preparing operational reports. Ideal candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in catering operations and strong cost control knowledge.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in catering operations, preferably within the UAE or Middle East.
  • Proven experience in managing catering operations.
  • Strong knowledge of Food Safety Standards (HACCP), compliance, and regulatory laws.
  • Ability to manage operations independently with minimal supervision.

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to independently manage a designated location. The role is responsible for achieving high levels of customer satisfaction, employee engagement, and financial performance, in line with the company’s strategic objectives, operational plans, and compliance requirements.

  • Independently manage day-to-day operations of the assigned location.
  • Ensure achievement of operational, financial, and service objectives as per approved budgets and forecasts.
  • Experience in managing large-scale camp catering operations, covering all levels of service, with more than 5,000 POB.
  • Strong knowledge of cost control and client relationship management.
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, service delivery, and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and improve employee morale, productivity, and performance.
  • Ensure strict compliance with food safety standards, hygiene practices, and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with company policies and local laws.
  • Coordinate with central support teams and clients to ensure smooth operations.
  • Address customer concerns promptly and implement corrective actions.
  • Prepare operational reports and submit them to management as required.
  • Willingness to work in remote locations as per business needs.
