Role Summary
The Project Lead will take overall ownership of governance and delivery for a process optimisation and requirements programme within a government entity. The role is responsible for end-to-end delivery oversight, stakeholder steering, quality assurance, and sign-off across process redesign and CRM-related requirements workstreams.
This is a hybrid role based in Ras Al Khaimah, with a structured on-site presence during the initial phase and reduced on-site requirements thereafter. The consulting firms Middle Eastern HQ is on Yas Island in Abu Dhabi.
