Overview

Project Engineer – Interior Fit-Out

Location: Dubai, UAE

Experience Required: Minimum 2–3 years (UAE Interior Fit Out Projects)

Driving License: UAE driving license preferred

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day site activities for interior fit out projects to ensure timely execution.
• Review drawings (shop drawings, as-built) and coordinate with consultants, designers, and clients.
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site labor to ensure quality and productivity.
• Coordinate MEP services with interior works to avoid clashes.
• Ensure compliance with authority regulations.
• Monitor project schedule and progress, report delays, and propose corrective actions.
• Conduct quality inspections and prepare snag lists before handover.
• Ensure all site activities follow HSE guidelines.
• Handle material approvals, procurement follow-ups, and site requirements.
• Support the Project Manager in documentation, approvals, and client meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture / Interior Engineering.
• Minimum 2–3 years UAE experience in interior fit-out projects (joinery, partitions, ceilings, flooring, MEP coordination).
• Valid UAE Driving License is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of authority approval processes.
• Good communication and site coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project / Primavera, and MS Office preferred.
• Salary: AED 5,000 – 8,000 (as per experience & capability)
