Job summary

A leading oil and gas company is looking for a CMMS Coordinator to manage maintenance systems and technical coordination for projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in the oil and gas industry, familiarity with SAP PM and MM, and the ability to liaise effectively with various stakeholders. Responsibilities include document management and preparation of maintenance plans.

  • Ability to interact with multiple stakeholders including clients and contractors.
  • Proven experience in document submission and traceability.

Overview

CMMS Coordinator / Project Coordinator / CMMS Engineer

Responsibilities
  1. Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) engineer with substantial experience in similar role for Oil and gas industries with maintenance Background
  2. Strong understanding of SAP PM & SAP MM
  3. Technical Co-ordination with multiple stakeholders like Client (ADNOC Offshore), EPC contractor, Vendors to complete overall project activities.
  4. To understand Client (ADNOC OFFSHORE) requirements and formulate way forward (including scope, formats, schedule etc.) to meet requirements.
  5. To ensure that all the required documents are submitted to Client up to their satisfaction level.
  6. Able to review all type of technical documents viz GAD, datasheet, P&ID, SLD, Manufacturer catalogues and IOM manuals etc., to identify Assets, SPIR and maintenance related information.
  7. Preparation of Location Hierarchy & organization of supporting documents
  8. Conduct criticality assessment of assets
  9. Preparation/Organization of SPIRs & supporting Documents.
  10. Development of Preventive Maintenance and Job Plans.
  11. HSECES Category identification & Develop Performance Standards.
  12. To submit various documents progressively and keep up date of document traceability record.
  13. To develop & update report on document submission and submit the updated report to stakeholders periodically.
  14. To identify the various risks and communicate to Project manager and Client Reliability data Custodian focal point.
  15. Uploading of documents in Company SAP system
  16. To ensure that e-SPIR/SPIR are being processed by various stake holders and update OMI readiness.
