About the Role

As a Project Coordinator within AECOMs Civil Infrastructure Department you will play a key supporting role to Project Managers and Senior Project Managers in the successful delivery of projects. This position involves coordination financial control compliance monitoring and administrative support to ensure that projects are delivered efficiently on schedule and in line with AECOMs global standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist and support Project Managers and Senior Project Managers across a range of project management tasks.
  • Contribute to project financial control by assisting in the preparation of Project Financial Status Reports and Monthly Project Reviews (MPRs).
  • Ensure compliance with AECOMs Project Delivery System (PDS) and maintain the accuracy and quality of project data.
  • Provide administrative and coordination support to the project management team.
  • Assist with the population of AECOM Bid Models and support bid preparation processes when required.
  • Prepare and maintain project design programmes/schedules to track progress against milestones.
  • Liaise with internal teams to support seamless project execution and adherence to company standards.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned aligned with business requirements.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Must have 1-2 years of experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with interest in client-facing work.
  • As part of AECOMs commitment to Emiratisation and in compliance with UAE labour law only UAE Nationals with a family book will be considered for this role.
