A leading healthcare clinic in Dubai seeks a dedicated Program Science Lead to oversee clinical programs focused on enhancing diabetes management outcomes. This role requires strong expertise in program design, implementation, and evaluation, along with a minimum of 5 years' experience in healthcare program development. We are looking for a dedicated Program Science Lead to guide our program development efforts and support evidence‑based care. The Program Science Lead will be responsible for overseeing the design, implementation and evaluation of clinical programs aimed at improving diabetes management outcomes. This role will involve a strong focus on integrating scientific research, data‑driven insights, and best practices into program development. The Program Science Lead will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure that all clinical programs are aligned with GluCare’s mission of innovation and patient‑centered care.
Oversee the implementation of new clinical programs, ensuring they are effectively integrated into the clinical workflows and operational strategies of the center.
Collaborate with clinical and data analytics teams to leverage patient data and outcomes for continuous program improvement. Ensure that programs are adaptable based on emerging evidence and technological advancements.
Support the integration of clinical research into program development, ensuring cutting‑edge research and innovations are embedded in the design and evolution of care pathways.
Design and implement frameworks for the evaluation of program outcomes. Prepare and present detailed reports on program performance, impact and patient outcomes to stakeholders.
Work closely with clinical staff, management and external partners to ensure seamless collaboration across programs. Serve as the scientific liaison between departments ensuring consistency in program goals and objectives.
Ensure that all programs are developed with a focus on improving patient engagement and adherence to diabetes management plans. Utilize patient feedback to drive program enhancements.
Ensure compliance with local regulations, accreditation standards and ethical guidelines. Prepare necessary documentation and liaise with regulatory bodies as required.
Lead educational initiatives related to new programs for staff and patients. Provide training materials and sessions to ensure successful program adoption and delivery.
Directly manage and mentor team members within the department including lifestyle coaches, dietitians and customer service assistants, ensuring alignment with program goals and operational excellence.
Understands and supports all hospital infection control programs.
Advanced degree (Masters or PhD) in Public Health, Healthcare Management, Epidemiology or related fields. A background in diabetes care or chronic disease management is preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare program development, scientific research or clinical operations, ideally within diabetes or chronic disease management.
