The Program Manager will oversee 15 Emirati farmers, facilitating their development and guiding them through the production, sales, and financial aspects. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree, 4+ years in program management in the Middle East, and fluent Arabic communication skills, ensuring effective support and collaboration with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Arabic (written and verbal) with excellent communication skills in English.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a Program Manager role within the Middle East.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute tailored accelerator programs for Emirati farmers.
