Amazons Unified Alternate Fulfillment channel (UAF) team is looking for an experienced Program Manager for regional program management across Africa, Middle53h East, and Turkey (AMET region) to expand the network of Seller Flex, Vendor Flex, and Direct fulfillment channels.

A day in the life

As a Program Manager you’ll drive and manage the implementation of creative, data‑driven change in Amazon, leading improvement projects and programs. You’ll use strategic thinking to define and implement an efficient project plan. Program Managers have significant responsibilities and you’ll deal with complex challenges with creativity, innovation, and leadership. About the team

The Global Specialty Fulfillment (GSF) organization covers specialized functions such as Heavy and Bulky fulfillment network, Ultra Fast grocery deliveries, and Unified Alternate Fulfillment (UAF). The UAF channels allow Amazon to fulfill customer orders directly from our vendor/seller warehouse, offering millions of new selections while holding the same Prime bar of customer experience (CX) as provided by Amazon FCs.

Qualifications
  • 3 years of program or project management experience
  • 3 years of working cross‑functionally with tech and non‑tech teams
  • 3 years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
  • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
  • 3 years of driving end‑to‑end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership
  • 3 years of driving process improvements
  • Experience in stakeholder management dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
  • Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
