Job description

The role is pivotal for workshop operations and On-Time Delivery with a focus on the Rotating Equipment Products. Responsibilities encompass creating and updating system manuals, training personnel, and optimizing productivity. Timely Purchase Requests are vital for ensuring necessary components and tools are available. Accurate updates in the iFlight system are essential for Customer Service Representatives to communicate current delivery dates to clients.

Job Responsibilities

• Generation of Purchase Requests based on Production Engineer's Requirements
• Follow up the activated PO status (spares/ material) and update in Production monitoring report.
• Issue Open PO' s for TPI activities.
• Closely work with Production Manager, PPM and PMO with booking and updating hours.
• Clarification and Generation of EEAD- Part Numbers with Stores Charge Hand for PRs
• Invoicing & related EEAD IFlight updates to ensure correct sales value, cost and delivery date.
• Field Service Planning support, with focus on Fieldglass application (Training Required), follow up on Field Service team Training, CICPA & VISA update.
• Uploading Time Sheets on IFlight.
• Support during Field Service outage, with focus on arrangement of VISA, Accommodation & Transport
• Other workshop & field service support related activities

Required Skills / Knowledge

• Must have ability to handle technical data from multiple sources.
• Good understanding of planning and logistic methodologies.
• Good communication skills in English language, both verbal and written.
• Computer Skills (Microsoft Word and Excel, Outlook).
• Product knowledge e.g. API Manufacture and repair, Roteq, Oil & Gas and general industrial equipment repair.

Experience

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role.

Education Requirements

• Minimum requires Diploma in Engineering, Degree in Engineering preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged Desk Work for large periods of time
• Visits to the Workshop in appropriate PPE to better understand the products
• Occasional visits to User Groups for Training purposes
