Qualifications

Job Summary

KAYALI is looking for a highly analytical and results‑oriented Product Marketing Analyst. This role will support the product marketing and commercial teams with key business insights and tools to help KAYALI scale with intention and agility. You should have a strong analytical mindset, loves solving problems, and can translate data into simple, actionable stories. You’ll work closely with cross‑functional teams to support decision‑making through data tracking, business reporting, and forecasting models. This is a unique opportunity to shape the foundation of our strategic processes in a fast‑paced, high‑growth beauty brand.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain business reports and dashboards to track sales, product performance, and key business KPIs
  • Monitor product lifecycle and pipeline launches, surfacing key insights for future planning
  • Support pricing, margin, and promotional strategy analysis for kits and hero products
  • Assist in building business cases for new launches and market expansions
  • Conduct competitive benchmarking and help identify whitespace in the category
  • Help create or streamline internal databases, trackers, and reporting systems
  • Contribute to commercial presentations and weekly/monthly/quarterly performance reviews with clear, data‑driven slides
