Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager with a deep understanding of Generative AI (GenAI) to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of cutting‑edge AI‑powered products. The ideal candidate will have strong cross‑functional collaboration experience, a track record of building impactful AI solutions, and the ability to operate in dynamic, client‑facing environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and lead the product vision, roadmap, and success metrics for GenAI‑powered offerings.
• Align product direction with business goals, market trends, and user needs.
• Requirement Gathering & Roadmap Planning
  • Work closely with clients and internal teams to collect and prioritize product requirements.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and evolving GenAI use cases.
• Cross‑functional Collaboration
  • Coordinate with engineering, design, and data science teams for effective product delivery.
  • Ensure transparency and alignment across all stakeholders.
• Customer‑Focused Product Development

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Product Management, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
• 10 to 12+ years of experience in product management, with significant exposure to GenAI or AI/ML‑powered solutions
• Hands‑on knowledge of Generative AI technologies (LLMs, prompt engineering, embeddings, RAG, etc.)
• Proven record of launching AI‑based products at scale
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
