We’re looking for an experienced Product Manager with a strong background in AI and a genuine interest in how emerging technologies can transform the real estate value chain — from acquisition through leasing, valuation, operations, and asset management.

In this role, you’ll sit at the intersection of data, technology, and property, shaping AI-driven products that solve real problems for owners, investors, operators, and occupiers.

What you’ll do

• Own the product vision and roadmap for AI-powered solutions across the real estate lifecycle
• Identify high-value opportunities where machine learning, predictive analytics, and automation can improve decision-making and efficiency
• Translate complex business and property use cases into clear product requirements and priorities
• Partner closely with stakeholders to deliver AI applications to the existing business
• Define success metrics, validate hypotheses, and iterate using real-world feedback and performance data
• Stay informed on advances in AI and assess their practical application within real estate contexts
• Communicate product strategy and outcomes clearly to technical and non-technical audiences

Skills

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience as a Product Manager working on AI, ML, or data-driven products
• Strong understanding of the AI product lifecycle, including model development, deployment, monitoring, and iteration
• Curiosity about — or experience in — real estate, property technology, or adjacent industries (e.g. construction, finance, infrastructure)
• Ability to balance technical depth with commercial and user-centric thinking
