Product Manager – Cyber Security

We’re partnering with a fast-growing cyber security company in Dubai that’s building next-generation security products used by enterprise customers across the region and beyond. As part of their continued growth, they’re hiring a Product Manager to own and scale one of their core platforms.

The role

You’ll sit at the heart of product strategy, working closely with engineering, security researchers, sales and leadership to define the roadmap and deliver high-impact security products.

What you’ll be doing

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to launch and iteration
• Define product vision, roadmap and priorities aligned with business goals
• Translate customer, market and security requirements into clear product specs
• Work closely with engineering and security teams to deliver features on time
• Gather and prioritise feedback from customers, sales and internal stakeholders
• Track product performance and continuously improve usability, security and value

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience as a Product Manager in a cyber security or security-focused environment
• Strong understanding of cyber security concepts (e.g. SOC tools, SIEM, threat detection, IAM, endpoint, cloud security, etc.)
• Experience working with technical teams building complex platforms or SaaS products
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to balance speed, quality and security
• Experience working in high-growth or scale-up environments is a plus
