Job description

Product & Inventory Management:

  • Manage product lifecycle from introduction to end of life.
  • Monitor inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability.
  • Work closely with supply chain teams to optimize procurement and stock planning.
  • Track and analyze sales data & market demand trends for forecasting.

Partner & Vendor Management:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure smooth collaboration.
  • Negotiate pricing incentives and marketing support with partners.
  • Ensure compliance with vendor agreements and manage product certifications.

Marketing & Business Development:

  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop product marketing strategies.
  • Plan and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches.
  • Support the sales team with product training and technical knowledge.
  • Drive promotional campaigns, events, and brand awareness in the GCC market.
  • Enhance online visibility through website, social media, and blog content.
  • Develop marketing collaterals, including brochures, flyers, and presentations.

Financial & Performance Management:

  • Define and manage P&L targets for assigned products.
  • Analyze pricing models and recommend competitive pricing strategies.
  • Track sales performance, margins, and profitability metrics.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or computer engineering.
  • 5-7 years in sales and marketing.
  • Strong understanding of inventory planning, forecasting, and vendor management.
  • Experience working with leading printing & AV brands is an advantage.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ERP systems, and BI tools.
