We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Producer to join our production team.
This role involves supporting the end-to-end delivery of creative projects across video, photography, and digital platforms.
You will help manage schedules, coordinate resources, and maintain clear communication between internal teams, external vendors, and clients, ensuring high-quality content is delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
- Project Coordination: Assist the production team in planning and executing commercials, digital campaigns, and branded content.
- Help create and manage production schedules to meet deadlines.
- Budgeting & Resource Management: Support budget preparation and tracking.
- Coordinate resources including talent, crew, locations, and equipment to ensure cost‑effective production.
- Production Oversight: Serve as a point of contact on set, facilitating communication between crew, clients, and internal teams.
- Anticipate logistical needs and solve problems to keep shoots running smoothly.
- Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the creative team to understand project objectives, contribute ideas, and ensure deliverables align with the client’s vision and brand guidelines.
- Post‑Production Coordination: Manage post‑production workflows, track edits, reviews, and final deliveries.
- Assist in quality control to maintain consistency and excellence.
- Client & Team Liaison: Maintain professional communication with clients, vendors, and team members.
- Help prepare presentations, progress reports, and post‑project evaluations.
- Growth & Development: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to bring new ideas and efficiencies to the team.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of market trends, audience behavior, and emerging production techniques, particularly in commercial and digital advertising.
- Knowledge of end‑to‑end production processes, including budgeting, scheduling, and on‑set operations.
- Familiarity with production equipment and editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve (preferred).
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to liaise effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to think on your feet to address on‑set challenges or unforeseen issues.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and storytelling.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in production, focusing on commercials, branded content, or digital campaigns.
- Experience coordinating shoots, managing budgets, and delivering projects on time.
- Familiarity with producing content for social media, YouTube, and TV platforms.
- Experience working in creative agencies or production houses is a plus.
