We’re Hiring | Procurement & Warehouse Executive – Joinery

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end procurement of joinery materials (timber, laminates, hardware, adhesives) ensuring cost-effective sourcing and on-time delivery.
• Negotiate vendor contracts, evaluate supplier performance, and maintain accurate records, including POs, LPOs, vendor lists, and inventory documentation.
• Analyze BoQs, control costs, and support budget optimization.
• Coordinate logistics, site deliveries, and documentation.
• Oversee warehouse operations, inventory control, and prepare reports.
• Collaborate with project teams, site engineers, and design teams to forecast material needs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in UAE joinery / fit-out projects
• Strong knowledge of joinery materials and local suppliers
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Strong Excel skills and reporting capability
• Willing to work 6 days a week
• Location: Dubai Investment Park (DIP)
