Overview

We are seeking a motivated UAE National fresh graduate to join our Procurement team as a Graduate Trainee. The role provides structured training and exposure to purchasing, vendor coordination, sourcing, and procurement processes.

Your Job Functions (Duties & Responsibilities)

• Support the procurement team in preparing purchase requests and purchase orders
• Assist in collecting quotations and coordinating with suppliers
• Help maintain vendor databases, procurement records, and price lists
• Track deliveries, follow up with suppliers, and update status reports
• Support evaluation of suppliers based on price, quality, and service
• Assist in documentation, filing, and adherence to procurement procedures
• Participate in procurement meetings and contribute to process improvement

Requirements

• UAE National with Family Book (required)
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field
• Strong interest in procurement/supply chain functions
