A leading procurement firm in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced procurement professional to lead project tendering and manage office procurement processes. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related fields, along with 3-5 years of relevant experience. Responsibilities include managing end-to-end tendering processes, maintaining vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance with procurement policies. Competitive compensation package offered.

Key Responsibilities

Project Tendering & Procurement

  • Lead and coordinate end-to-end tendering processes for projects, including RFP preparation, vendor prequalification, bid evaluation, and contract negotiation.
  • Develop and maintain a supplier database for project-related goods and services.
  • Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to define procurement requirements and specifications.
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies, legal frameworks, and audit requirements.

Office Procurement

  • Manage day-to-day procurement of office supplies, IT equipment, and facility services.
  • Negotiate with vendors to achieve cost savings and service quality improvements.
  • Monitor vendor performance, delivery timelines, and service-level agreements.
  • Maintain accurate procurement records, purchase orders, and contracts.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of procurement experience, preferably with exposure to both project tendering and office procurement.
  • Strong knowledge of tendering processes, vendor selection, and contract negotiation.
  • Familiarity with procurement ERP systems and MS Office tools.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
