Key Responsibilities
Project Tendering & Procurement
- Lead and coordinate end-to-end tendering processes for projects, including RFP preparation, vendor prequalification, bid evaluation, and contract negotiation.
- Develop and maintain a supplier database for project-related goods and services.
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to define procurement requirements and specifications.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, legal frameworks, and audit requirements.
Office Procurement
- Manage day-to-day procurement of office supplies, IT equipment, and facility services.
- Negotiate with vendors to achieve cost savings and service quality improvements.
- Monitor vendor performance, delivery timelines, and service-level agreements.
- Maintain accurate procurement records, purchase orders, and contracts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–5 years of procurement experience, preferably with exposure to both project tendering and office procurement.
- Strong knowledge of tendering processes, vendor selection, and contract negotiation.
- Familiarity with procurement ERP systems and MS Office tools.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
