Overview

Kinetic has partnered with a leading Technology company who are hiring a Procurement Manager to be based in Abu Dhabi.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage procurement operations for IT products, solutions and services.
  • Manage end-to-end procurement cycles including RFQs, purchase orders, contracts, and vendor onboarding.
  • Develop and execute procurement strategy efficiently.
  • Offer management the best purchase options and resource utilization practices.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international suppliers.
  • Monitor supplier performance, ensuring quality standards, contractual compliance, and timely deliveries.
  • Stay updated with market trends, pricing fluctuations, and new product launches to keep the company competitive.
  • Maintain accurate procurement records, reports, and documentation for audit and operational purposes.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree. A master’s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum 10 – 15 years of procurement experience within the Technology industry.
  • Must have a strong network of vendors and distributors in the UAE.
  • Strong knowledge of the IT market in the UAE (including major distributors, resellers, and OEMs).
  • Proven negotiation, communication, and contract management skills.
  • Experience with ERP systems and procurement tools.
