Kinetic has partnered with a leading Technology company who are hiring a Procurement Manager to be based in Abu Dhabi.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage procurement operations for IT products, solutions and services.
- Manage end-to-end procurement cycles including RFQs, purchase orders, contracts, and vendor onboarding.
- Develop and execute procurement strategy efficiently.
- Offer management the best purchase options and resource utilization practices.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international suppliers.
- Monitor supplier performance, ensuring quality standards, contractual compliance, and timely deliveries.
- Stay updated with market trends, pricing fluctuations, and new product launches to keep the company competitive.
- Maintain accurate procurement records, reports, and documentation for audit and operational purposes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree. A master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 10 – 15 years of procurement experience within the Technology industry.
- Must have a strong network of vendors and distributors in the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of the IT market in the UAE (including major distributors, resellers, and OEMs).
- Proven negotiation, communication, and contract management skills.
- Experience with ERP systems and procurement tools.
