Overview

Support procurement through data analysis, purchase order coordination, and supplier tracking. Requires a degree in Supply Chain and SAP experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage the procurement cycle, analyze bids, ensure supply continuity, and support end-users with specifications; possess negotiation and technical skills.
• Develop and maintain demand forecasts, analyze sales data, collaborate with teams, support inventory planning, and apply strong analytical skills.
• Coordinate material flow and production scheduling, optimize inventory, and manage planning processes with advanced manufacturing and materials planning expertise.
• Assist agents and clients, prepare tariffs, supervise shipments, coordinate vendors, and ensure smooth logistics operations (requires degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management).
• Manage procurement lifecycle, vendor sourcing, contract management, and cost control while ensuring compliance and process improvement with strong negotiation skills.
• Develop purchasing strategies, conduct market research, manage supplier relationships, and analyze inventory to enhance operational efficiency in procurement.
• Lead system implementation and strategic sourcing initiatives, optimizing technology procurement while ensuring governance and user adoption through effective change management.
• Coordinate shipments, monitor inventory, resolve logistics issues, and require strong English communication and logistics experience in the UAE.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, monitor stock movements, ensure proper storage, and coordinate with departments; requires diploma in Inventory Management.
• Support procurement and supply chain operations by managing purchase orders, vendor relations, and data analysis while ensuring compliance and process optimization.
• Manage end-to-end procurement operations, communicate with suppliers, analyze quotations, and ensure compliance while possessing strong industrial procurement experience.
• Responsible for IT procurement of hardware, software, and services, managing vendor evaluations, and ensuring compliance with procurement policies.
