Job description

Responsibilities

• Managing process resources optimizing current processes and maintaining process documents.
• Providing the product manager with process documents and standard operating procedures.
• Responsible for complete activities of Hot end area and process.
• Responsible for developing and implementing process strategies.
• Meeting with production manager to assess existing processes.
• Designing and testing process upgrades and new process systems.
• Developing routines and best practices to ensure product quality.
• Developing standardized operating instructions for the upgrades process.
• Drafting process ideas to reduce costs and improve production rates.
• Ensuring processes comply with safety and quality standards.
• Performing process simulation and troubleshooting issues.
• Performing risk assessments.
• Performing optimization trials.
• Monitoring and upgrading the system.
• Contributes to departmental efforts by accomplishing related tasks needed.
