Waldorf Homeschool Teacher – Dubai, UAE

Full-time | Start ASAP | Visa & Benefits Provided

We're a British, Dubai-based family seeking a dedicated and experienced Waldorf homeschool teacher to work with our two children (ages 5 and 8, turning 6 and 9 this school year). We also have a two year old, who may join for certain aspects (and she has a dedicated caregiver).

The Role

This is a full-time position, five days a week – though we value rhythm over rigidity and there's flexibility in how the days are structured.

We want to follow a Waldorf-inspired homeschool approach and are looking for someone familiar with curriculums such as Christopherus, Oak Meadow, or similar. Experience teaching mixed ages in a homeschool setting is essential.

Beyond the main lesson, we'd love a teacher who can develop and arrange additional subjects and activities – and who can bring handwork skills such as knitting, crochet, or other crafts into the learning.

Our philosophy leans towards a rich, free-range childhood. Think nature, music, movement, and genuine curiosity – with room for things like surfing, piano, and whatever else sparks their interest.
