Job Responsibilities

As a Principal Mechanical Engineer, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing complex mechanical engineering projects. You will apply your extensive technical expertise to design, develop, and implement advanced mechanical systems and solutions. This role involves project management, innovation, and mentorship of junior engineers, ensuring that engineering projects meet all technical, quality, and safety standards.

Additional Responsibilities Include

  • Provide expert guidance on complex engineering problems and solutions.
  • Utilize advanced tools and methodologies for mechanical analysis, including FEA (Finite Element Analysis), CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics), and other relevant technologies.
  • Drive innovation by researching and implementing new technologies, methods, and materials.
  • Mentor and support junior engineers and technical staff, providing guidance and training.
  • Periodic objective and comprehensive employee evaluations

Job Requirements

  • Bachelors degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering from an Accredited Institution
  • 15+ years experience working in a consulting firm - it requires a background in the MEP Engineering Industry
  • Handled multiple data centers projects previously
  • Expertise in mechanical design, analysis, and simulation tools.
