Candidates must have a secure knowledge of teachingthe English National Curriculum .Potential candidates must demonstrate a proven track record of implementing effective strategies to raise standards and plug gaps in learning to ensure outstanding progress for all.They will be able to demonstrate leadership skills/experiences at a variety of levels and to be effective in working collaboratively in a team.

Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor of degree in related subject with PGCE or equivalent teaching Qualification.
Minimum Experience:
• Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience as a Classroom Teacher in the English Curriculum.
