You will be exposed to various stakeholders in the company to cover the following:

• Quoting tenders and preparing analysis file for the Pricing Committee.
• Supporting commercial team in tender submission.
• Creating quotations for governmental and private hospitals.
• Working on governmental portals for tender submission.
• Training and guiding all Pricing Team newcomers.
• Following up with team on daily tasks.
• Pricing newly launched products.
• Yearly review and preparation/analysis of pricelists.
• Ensuring governance is always updated and pricing is always compliant with company policy.

Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate the strategic financial and administrative implications of proposed and/or implemented pricing policy.
• Develop price recommendations to ensure compliance with policy.
• Recommend positions for pricing and reimbursement strategies for current and future products across all relevant customer and market segments.
• Provide input on final pricing contracts.
• While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to be independently mobile. The employee is also required to interact with a computer and communicate with peers and co-workers. • Deliver and/or manage projects assigned and work with other stakeholders to achieve desired results.
• May act as a mentor to colleagues or may direct the work of other lower-level professionals.

Required Knowledge and Experience

• 5-7 years experience
• Knowledge and experience in UAE market - pricing and tenders.
• Experience with office management tools (MS Office software in particular high proficiency in Excel).
• Experience in SAP system (System Applications and Products in Data Processing) Vendavo
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Problem-solving attitude with an eye for detail.
• Requires a Bachelors degree.
• Languages: Arabic & English (proficient).
